In the past, findpics and other link sites I operate have always had free and open submit pages.   My feelings have always been to provide a good resource, and to list good websites.  Over the last 12 months or so, there has been a major decline in the quality or submits, but a huge increase in the quantity of submits made each day.  some groups of webmasters have been building and submitting literally hundreds of pages each day, each site a horrible clone of the previous site, and often promoting sponsors with questionable content or downright illegal operations.

I have attempted many things to stop this flow of shit sites, from blocking IPs to blocking entire countries and hosts from submitting.  While this has helped somewhat, I am starting to see some of these guys back at it again.  They have found ways to circumvent the rules and restrictions I have put in place, and I don't like it one bit.

So, here we go.  I am going to open findpics for partner accounts.   Unlike some of the other sites that have gone this route, I am going to tell you exactly how this is going to work, and there will be no misunderstandings.  

Starting December 1st, 2005, you will need a partner account to submit to findpics and / or link2x.

What is included in a partner account?

You get ONE daily submit to FINDPICS.NET and ONE to LINK2X.COM.  If your sites are approved (and partner accounts  should get listed if you follow the rules) your sites will also be listed on about another half a dozen other smaller lists, some niche lists, etc.   This will increase your exposure and return links WITHOUT requiring additional return links.  This database is also the database I use to fill any new niche sites I might build.

Sites that are added new will remain on the new site page (which for both of these lists is shown on the main page) for 7 days, or whatever the new site rule is for the site at the given time.  

Your sites will remain in our database for at least 1 year.  If your sites are rejected, you will get an email to explain why.  I will work with you to make sure that the majority of your sites submitted are accepted.  Most sites stay in our list for years.

Partners on my link lists will be the first ones to get offered submit space on niche TGPs and other projects... you build my trust, and I will work with you as much as possible. Partners with link sites and TGPs will be offered link exchanges and other perks.

IMPORTANT:  The number of partner accounts will be limited to insure that those people who submit regularly will be able to get their sites listed.  I will not set a hard number, but I will control it to assure that I get enough listings without having to make you wait long for your sites to be listed.  The number of partner accounts issued will also be adjusted to surfer demand.

WHAT ARE THE REQUIREMENTS FOR A PARTNER ACCOUNT?

The requirements are really no different from the past.  You are required to follow the normal rules for listings.  You are required to have a return link for the site you are submitting to.  You must not be blacklisted, and your sites must be hosted at an acceptable host.  Your whois information on your domains and such must be reasonable, readable, and not obscured or cloaked in any manner - NO DOMAINS BY PROXY - NO FREE HOSTING!

YOU MUST TREAT SURFERS PROPERLY.

anything else I should know?

It is important to understand that your are still obliged to follow the rules of the sites you submit to.  You must still have a return link.  You must still have the right amounts of valid and acceptable legal content.  Your sites much match up to the rules that are posted and may be updated from time to time.   A partner account is not an assured listing, but an assured review.   I will personally hand review each site submitted, and I will contact you if there are issues.   However, if there are repeated issues that cannot be cleared up, your partner account can be terminated at any time.

No matter the circumstances, there are still hosts and domains that I will not list.  I will not allow any one group of webmasters or programs to dominate the listings on my sites, regardless of review fees paid.   Make sure your domain registrations are CLEAN, that your host is good, solid, and secure.  Make sure your domains are not living in a bad neighborhood.  Make sure you are not on a free or bartered host, I do not accept these things.

The rest of the process is this:

1 - build 3 sample free sites.  Make sure they conform to the rules for submission.

2 - fill out the PARTNER APPLICATION FORM at the bottom of this page.

3 - Wait patiently for a return email with more information for the activation of your free 1 year partner account.

I want to take the time to thank all of the people who have submitted to me over the years.  The honest people who submit sites to me on a daily or near daily basis have helped my business to grow, and have brought much pleasure to the people who visit those sites.  I like to think that I have helped each of you to build your business a little and obtain better financial results for your business.  I know that the current state of the adult business isn't what it was 5 years ago, and I want to keep working with the honest people who want to make their sales and business in an honest manner, offering the surfer quality sites and playing fair.

It is important to understand:  EXISTING SITES WILL NOT BE REMOVED BEFORE THE NORMAL AMOUNT OF TIME.  YOU DO NOT HAVE TO HAVE A PARTNER ACCOUNT TO MAINTAIN CURRENT LISTINGS.  I don't intend to screw over anyone, I am just moving to a more secure model that will keep my review time reasonable and the quality of the sites at top notch.
